Wheel of bells

In the historical-artistic section of the museum is to report this singular WHEEL OF BELLS from the former Church of SS. Salvatore who, until 1975, was the ‘Chapel’ of the Civic Hospital of the “Monte di Pietà” (acts ‘Ratiocinij’ of the “Monte di Pietà”, 16th and 17th Century) owned by the City. The finding presents itself as wooden wheel with about 10 bronze bells. It was allocated in the apse of the church and was operated with a cord on a Centrifugal iron pin in order to solemnize some liturgies and celebrations celebrated in the church.
