Stravolone

DESCRIPTION:

This “stravola” can be traced back to the second half of the 19th Century and the first half of the 20th Century and it represents an example of the EthnoAnthropological section of the Museum. Very ancient special means of transport. It is made of wood and devoid of wheels, being pulled by a pair of oxen. This means of transport can still be observed in motion during the “Sagra della Spiga”, which takes place in August.
